What the producer states
Our farm holds a Verified Welfare Score from the Welfare Data Trust. The Trust hosts our welfare outcome data, audits how we collect it, and scores the results from 0 to 10. Our current score is published in the Trust's directory. Our current Verified Welfare Score is 8 out of 10, above what any practice-based certification requires. Without shared data, the Trust scores producers on what their certification requires: 3 without one, 5 for Certified Humane, 6 for GAP Step 3, and no higher than 7 for any practice standard.
